Help......I need a new smoker !!

I'm old school myself.  I like learning to control the fire and the blendings of wood and lump charcole.

So I like anything with a offset fire box.

Yep I totally agree.  Mine's a New Brunsfel with offset box, can't remember what model # but I've been feeding it with hickory logs for years and still does a great job.

I prefer wood burners myself but then I put a lot of time into tending the fire. 
Steve's electric unit is probadly the best on the market for that type.
A Weber Smokey Mountain runs on Charcoal and has won many a contest.
