At our store, whole sirloin tips went on sale. I thought I would run the pit up to 325 and roast it with a good rub. It is my pain after it cools to slice it in very thin slices for roast beef sandwiches. Anybody ever try this?

I've done something similar. Don't remember the cut of meat, but it was an "oven" style roast. Quite tasty.
