Pork Barbecue

I am running my first butts on my new larger pit.  This pit is 50% larger than the last one and sports a new firebox.  The picture shows four butts after 6 hours with another 4-5 hours to go.  The pit has the capacity to barbecue 8 butts or say a little over fifty pounds.
