I don't do much pork.  In fact this is only the 3rd time I have done pork ribs.
Just how many boards can I be on anyways.

I used a real simple seasoning of mustard, kosher salt and pepper.

4 1/2 hours in the smoker.  They were quite tender.

Just use the "Attach" feature when you post to the forum... you can attach up to 4 images per post.

Thanks guys.  They did taste good.  I do so little pork I worry every time I do pork ribs.
