A nice 8 pounder.  Should be able to eat it for the next couple of weeks.
Just how many boards can I be on anyways.

Kosher Salt, brown sugar, pepper, cumin, galic powder, onion powder, chili powder.

Almost forgot to take a final picture.  11 hours in the smoker.  Now that's good eats. (my apologies to the Food Network and Alton Brown)
