Pork Shoulder & Italian Sausage

I don't do these much because not many in my family eat pork, however, since I  was doing a chuck roast and found a nice small one at the butchers I figured what the heck, and its smoking now with chuck roast.  Hopefully I'll remember to take pictures when it gets out.


Almost forgot, I'm also smoking some sweet Italian I keep on hand for Pizza.
