I am going to smoke some pork ribs this weekend and am looking for some new suggestions.  Usually I do not completely cook them but finish on a grill for a charcoal exterior.  Thanks

How do you normally prepare them?

Personally I like to use yellow mustard then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, a little bit of chili powder, and some brown sugar.  I don't mix them, I just add them one at a time.

I smoke them for about 4 hrs at 200 to 220.

After they are done, I wrap them in foil for about 30 minutes.

Just how many boards can I be on anyways.

Thanks DKM but I had already left before I got your suggestion.  I use a pretty standard rub (Kansas City Rib Rub recipe) and smoked them for about 2 hours.  Used the following BBQ sauce when finishing them up on the grill:
1/2 container of cheapest store bought BBQ sauce (NOT smoke flavor!)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup molassas
1 packet (1/2 oz) Butter Buds
the following to taste:
chili powder      garlic powder
onion powder   cumin
paprika   cayenne powder
Tapatio (or other brand) hot sauce   dash of lemon juice
dash of red wine    dash of Jack Daniels

I will attempt to post a pic of the finished product-  Bob
