get at least 30 jalapenos de-seed em & de-vein em a spoon works swell
stuff em with cheese & 1 lil smokie or a piece of your favoriet meat ( I forgot this)
my favorite is cream cheese
wrap em with bacon held with a tooth pic
dust some with a dry rub & some with brown sugar
grill smoke em till the bacon is crisp.
them things is addictive & they aint hot after cooking.
the first time I made em I found some sweet peppers in the produce section of wally world in a  plastic tub, they looked jalapenos but were red orange & yellow
I used both  the jalapenos & the sweets.
