Any ever grind fresh briskit for burgers? I know chuck is real good burger meat. They say closest to hoof are horn has the best beef flavor.

I'm gonna cut a peice off a briskits heel, grind it up for a burger for beakfast while my pit heatin up to smoke the rest. I'll have to wait till weekend after next though

I recently learned of brisket burgers and love them. I think you can grind the whole brisket for burgers if you want but I've been grinding just the flat per Bill of Santa Fe. Good stuff!
