Any ever grind fresh briskit for burgers? I know chuck is real good burger meat. They say closest to hoof are horn has the best beef flavor.

I recently learned of brisket burgers and love them.  I think you can grind the whole brisket for burgers if you want but I've been grinding just the flat per Bill of Santa Fe.   Good stuff!

Tried that.  Good but nothing special.
