One of my nieces graduates from college Saturday. I was asked to provide some pulled pork for the celebration . Got lucky, as Kroger had butts for 99¢ / lb. Not their "Moist and Tender" ones they usually have. These were 2 packs that are not juiced up with salt and water. First time cooking butts on the COS. Hoping I can maintain the temp without too much trouble. The wind is the only issue today.
