How do you Smoke cheese ?

I'm a total rookie when it comes to smokin'...so...how do you cold smoke something ? What exactly is it ? Any info would be helpful...just interested, maybe would like to try it someday.

You beat me to the question buddy. I was gonna ask the same thing, some of my favorite cheeses are smoked.

Besides since just the mere sound of it includes two of my favorite things :
Smoking my Cigars ;D ;D ;D :)
Eating things covered coated or including cheese.

Cold smoking requires smoking under a low temperature. Usually a baffle is used to help diffuse some of the heat. Really, all you want is the smoke and none of the heat. I'm no expert on this, but that's how it was explained to me.

I know that there are issues with bacteria, spoilage, etc... if it's not done correctly.  :-\

Oh yeah, I love a good cigar too!!!  ;D
