My big pit
« on: May 25, 2017, 06:31:52 PM »
I found her wasting away in a barn in East Texas, brought her home, and got her all cleaned up nice. She cooks very well but won't do dishes or wash clothes. Pit on one side will hold about a dozen briskets. Two rotisseries on the other will each do a 45# hog, or you can put grates over the fire pits and use them like grills.
Perhaps you and Larry will join us for the consumption of mass quantities this weekend. We will ignite our new flame pit and char some mammal flesh for you.

This was 18 hours in the pit. No foil.
