Jim Beam Hot Sauce

Just picked up a bottle of Jim Beam Hot Sauce, mighty tasty stuff. Not sure what I will use it in or on yet. I can't resist buying new hot sauces when I walk by them.
Come to think of it I did put some in the chili I made Sunday and it was alright.
I wonder how it would be as a glaze on a Butt.

I think it would work better as a glaze for chicken.
Why don't we try it on friday ? Do you have a boneless chicken breast ?
Make two for some appetizers before the ZA...sound like a plan?
