~Memorial Day Weekend Smokeoff~

We are finally coming full throttle into the grilling & Smoking season...so I was wondering what everyone is planning on Smokin' for the BIG weekend
Any & ALL replies will just help me decide on what I will smoke!!!!!
I will probably smoke another Butt or two, but I'm thinkin' about smokin' something else as well...

Ribs will be on my mind.  On your smoker you have limited room but you can do ribs the day before then reheat them in foil with a 2 tablespoons of orange juice, apple juice or pineapple juice in the oven.  If you want that cokked on sauce look, after reheating remove foil and baste over a very hot fire for a bit.  Then you could do a butt the big day to go with it.

Went to Harvey's today and scored some really nice St. louis style ribs for Monday.  Three racks to be cooked over oak and pecan using Leggs seasoining.
