Just thought I would join the fun here too
I love to smoke and grill, next to pizza
Just have a brinkman charcol smoker and a regular grill.

The little cast iron smoker boxes that go in the bottom of the grill are another thing that I use(GREAT hamburgers) got mine at home depot.

In dire need to get a new grill though, hmmmm fathers day maybe??!!! ;D
Anybody have preferences for grills.

If this site improves my cook'n like it did my pizza, the wasteline is in for it

Looking forward to doing some ribs this weekend

Welcome to our small group.  Now a grill suggestion that is a tough one because it get’s down to personal preference.  I personally prefer a charcoal Weber kettle for it’s versatility and I like the flavor better than a gas grill.  But would I turn down a good gas grill?  Heck no!
