I'm beginning to wonder if I moved. We are getting a lot of rain for August in Texas. No smoking this weekend, hopefully next. Need to do another brisket.

I have a freezer full of pork butt and ribs so I want be smoking for a bit. How does brisket freeze?

I think it does well. Just don't use a microwave to defrost it.

Why not use a microwave? I have used mine for a variety of things but I just keep it on the lowest setting possible.
It is not raining or hurricaning here in NC for a change........

Never had good luck with the microwave and brisket to thaw, don't know why.
Now just to warm it up to eat the microwave works fine.
