I was a BBQ joint the other day and they smoked boneless chicken breast and thighs. They were pretty good. I going to try that tomorrow.

Turned out pretty good, smoked them for about 2 hrs. Some good smoke flavor.

I am getting ready for another blow, the last one we got 8" rain and trees down all around, Next door a 18" oak snapped half way up like a match stick.
